Keto Foods for Pitta

If you have a Pitta Body Type (or Pitta imbalance) you should eat foods that are cool and raw in hot weather. If your food is cooked you should favor foods that are warm, but not too hot in temperature and minimize foods that have too much oil, salt, or hot spices.  Below is a list of keto foods that are best if you have a Pitta Body Type or are suffering from a Pitta imbalance.
